Applied Fire Protection and Maintenance can now project manage all items listed within your Council fire safety order, BCA consultants report and/or voluntary fire safety upgrade, from the commencement of works up until completion, including the issue of the Final Fire Safety Certificate.
Our project management services include regular consultation with you as the client, Strata Managers, Council representatives and/or BCA consultant on behalf of the Owners Corporation and the client. Other, key responsibilities involve the timely delivery of upgrade works to meet the specific deadlines and/or seek extension of time for pending works on behalf of the client from the Local Authority (Council), and conduct regular onsite meetings with the client and/or Council where necessary to discuss technical matters or to undertake progress inspections that may be required by the Council.
Please note that Applied Fire Protection will only undertake the project management of works carried out by Applied Fire Protection or any affiliated specialist consultants and/or exclusive contractors that have been specifically appointed by Applied Fire Protection. Applied Fire Protection will not be responsible for the project management of any item or independent works carried out by others at the request of the client.
Our project management fees, are based on Applied Fire Protection carrying out all works required by the fire safety upgrade, and is commensurate according to the relevant scope of works in which Applied Fire Protection has been engaged.
